Do you need assistance with maths? Come to Maths Support at the Main Library and get help!

Maths Support for students

Maths Support is for students at Chalmers and students taking courses at the faculties of Science or IT at Gothenburg University. At Maths Support you can ask questions and get help from experienced students to understand theories, and solve equations and maths problems. You do not need to book in advance, just turn up at the specified times.

Time and place

Math Support takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Main Library from 17:00 to 19:00 during term time.

Other resources

Intize drop-in service

Everyone studying maths, from upper middle school to high school and even Foundation Year level, is welcome to the Intize Drop-in. It is free of charge and no registration is needed.

The Intize drop-in maths service is at Vera Sandbergs Allé 8, room Vasa 6.

Open: Monday 17:15-19:15, Thursday 17:15-19:15 and Saturday 11-14

Note: Intize Drop-in is on summer break, starting again on September 7th

Online maths coach

Mattecoach på nätet is a free online chat service offering maths support for high school students in Swedish. Support is even available in English on Tuesdays and Thursdays, provided by the University of Edinburgh.
