Search for books, articles and databases
You can search for course literature, books, articles, journals and databases in the search bar at the top of our website. When you find a book, you can see where it is and often fetch it from the shelf yourself. If the book is out on loan, you can put yourself in the queue by reserving it. You automatically have access to all of our electronic resources via your CID, even when you are working remotely.

Our libraries
Chalmers University of Technology has three libraries which together make up Chalmers Library. There are many different kinds of places to study at our libraries, some are quiet areas, others intended for group work and a normal level of conversation. There are also a number of group rooms which you can book. Keep our code of conduct in mind in terms of what is allowed in our libraries.
As a student, you can even use the libraries outside of staffed opening hours. You use your security pass to access the building during unstaffed opening hours.

Reading and writing support
The library offers special support if you have some form of difficulty with reading or writing. For example, access to talking books and a bookable reading studio with specially equipped computers.
