Fees and payment

Delayed, lost or damaged material

The library will send a reminder by email if borrowed material is not returned in time. If the material is lost or damaged there will be a replacement fee of 600:- plus  an administration fee of 200:- per book. You will be blocked from further borrowing with the final reminder until any outstanding fees are paid. If you return the material then only the administration fee of 200:- per book must be paid.

The block is removed within one working day of payment. If you need to have the block removed before then, please show your payment receipt to library staff at the information desk at one of our libraries.

How to pay

First, choose want you want to pay for. If you have already returned the book, choose the administration fee. If you have not returned the book, you must also pay the replacement fee. Choose the number of books to pay for.

When you are asked to select "Checkout method" choose "Guest" to continue.

"Private customer" is preselected under "Payment information", click "Continue".

Fill in your contact information and the book(s) barcodes which you will find in the email from the library headed "Your library account is blocked".
